If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your new items within 14 days. Feel free to use Elohquencia packaging so that the impact on the environment is as little as possible. In any case, we will recycle the packaging you use. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.

if the item(s) is/are unused, has the original label and the item(s) – with the exception of the fitting – have not been worn, otherwise we cannot refund them in full
If the products are in the original packaging from the manufacturer
We do not charge a return fee for customers from Germany!
